Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination:
- GMP & Non-GMP CDMO Activities: Plan and coordinate the efforts of our Nucleic Acid Production and Analytical teams to meet client project timelines.
2. Technical Leadership:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the go-to person for technical queries from our valued customers.
- Innovation Champion: Lead the development and transfer of cutting-edge mRNA products, collaborating with Discovery teams and ensuring seamless technology transfer.
3. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Process Troubleshooting: Support teams in addressing challenges, ensuring data integrity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Scientific Excellence: Contribute to changes in production and analytical processes, staying ahead of market dynamics.
4. Project Delivery and Client Interaction:
- Strategic Planning: Propose project delivery strategies aligned with client needs.
- Pricing Model Expert: Contribute to pricing, proposal, and contract development, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
Profile:
Are You the One?
- Educational Background: Engineering or MSc in Biotechnology/Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Industry Expert: Over 10 years in pharma GMP manufacturing, with a focus on Nucleic Acid production using single-use technology.
- Innovative Thinker: Proven track record in process development, technology transfer, and MSAT.
- Team Collaborator: Thrive in a team-oriented environment with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Customer-Centric: Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring right-first-time solutions.
- Agility: Resilience and agility in demanding environments; exposure to plant setting-up projects is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English. French is an asset.
