Anna is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience across biotech, medical devices, and recruitment consulting, she has developed a proven ability to align human resource strategies with business objectives in dynamic and transformative environments. 

Anna started to work for the Group Univercells in 2018 and since January 2020, she has been a strategic HR leader. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, she has successfully navigated the organization through rapid growth, restructuring, and transformation. With a focus on fostering a resilient and high-performing workforce, she leads initiatives that drive talent development, employee engagement, and leadership growth while ensuring compliance with labor laws. 

She holds a master’s degree in fine arts and philosophy from Università degli Studi di Udine. 

Her journey reflects a passion for connecting people and purpose, shaping vibrant organizational cultures, and enabling businesses to achieve their strategic goals through human capital excellence.
